Meet Rachel

Rachel K. Bailey is a leader, coach, and speaker committed to guiding women to hear God's voice and live boldly as Kingdom disciples.

She believes God is doing something new through His daughters, calling women to lead with grace, speak with truth, and walk together in celebration rather than competition. Her coaching and gatherings are rooted in that conviction: that every woman carries a calling worth pursuing, and that none of us were meant to pursue it alone.

 

Through 1:1 coaching, intimate gatherings, and speaking, Rachel comes alongside women and helps them move from uncertainty to clarity, from striving to surrender, and from wondering what God is saying to actually hearing it.

She is a sister in faith before she is anything else, and this space reflects that.
